Cyclone III / Bitec Video Dev Kit

Hi I got the Cyclone III dev kit a few days ago together with the Bitec dvi in/out and the quad comp board. First I tried to run the 71 vesion of Quartus II and Nios II on Vista ...no lu...

i think you will have to buffer more than a line at a time to rotate the video.
