Hi Intel team,
I'm using MorphIC Module from FTDI for a development. This module uses FTDI FT2232H USB to JTAG mode to talk to Cyclone 2 (EP2C5F256C8N)

For me to work with this module, may I know which Quartus version of IDE I can use?
Is there a free version that I can use?

Hi,
Cyclone II is supported by Quartus II 13.0sp1 Web Edition
Intel® Quartus® II Web Edition Design Software Version 13.0sp1 for Windows
altera.com download site is presently not working, Intel will hopefully fix the issue in time.

Hello,
As you can download the Quartus v13. You may be able to use the FTDI chip with this version.
