cx4 to hsmc connectors?

I am using the altera fpgs stratix IV xaui boards. I need to connect CX4 cables to the current HSMC io's. Previosuly we had used morethanIP CX4 to HSMC connectors to do this.

MorethanIP has stopped making the connectors and are 12 weeks out to create more.

Does anyone know of any other vendors that make a CX4 to HSMC connectos other than morethanIP? Or any other solutions?
