connecting cycloneIII to memories

I want to produce a cycloneIII-based electronic card(EP3C25Q240) but I have a problem with the connections of memories pins(DDR SDRAM, SSRAM, FLASH). I want to know if there is a method or a rule for connecting pins.:)thank you

    You can visit www.altera.com for Cyclone III device datasheet and application notes. You will get ideas on how to interface your memory sub system with Cyclone III FPGA from those documents.
