Comparator model in simulink model using DSP BUILDER

I had the same problem:

"ERROR: There are no clocks in the Quartus project sim4 HIL simulation may not work properly with this design. Refer to the HIL Trouble Shooting section of the Reference Manual for more details."

For me the problem was solved when I connected the DE2 board while I compiled the simulink model. That is before I press the signal compiler button I connect the board. Then the warnings during the compiling will disappear and you can include the compiled file using the HIL block...

I hope you understand my suggestion else I will try to elaborate on it later on!
