BSDL file for 10AS066H3F34E2SG
I am looking for a BSDL file for the SoC device with MPN = 10AS066H3F34E2SG.
I was able to download these 3 files, but the ID code does not match with the part above.
10AS066KF35.bsd
ARRIA_10_10AS066HF34.bsdl
ARRIA_10_10AX066HF34.bsdl

I noticed on my board, the SoC pin AF13 (NCONFIG) is always driven low by another CPLD chip. Could this logic low on the NCONFIG pin interfere with the JTAG function of the chip?

A low level on the NCONFIG is causing problem to the JTAG function.
I just pulled it up to +1.8V and now the JTAG works fine.
The JTAG chain has 5 parts (devices 1 to 5).
Devices 1 to 4 are SoC and of the same type (10AS066H3F34E2SG).
Device 5 (last in the JTAG chain) is the FPGA, 10AX090S2F45E2SG.
What BSDL file should I use for the ARM Ltd (part of the SoC)?
When we used Xilinx with the ARM built in, we used the null model ARM for JTAG development.
Does Intel have the equivalent null model for ARM Ltd?
