Broken micro-usb connector on new Agilex i-series development kit

We have received an order of agilex i-series development kits.

One of them has a faulty micro-usb connector:

Full model name: Intel Agilex I-serial FPGA Developement Kit
TA# M75742-003
Serial Number: AGIPCIe8020058
OPN#: DK-DEV-AGI027RBE

We would like to replace it.

I can't open a service request as it is FPGA related,

May someone please tell me with whom I am supposed to speak?

    Normally, you should find the Intel's sales who sell it to you.

    By the way, how you make sure it is a fault connection?
