BeMicroSDK Memory test demo program failure

Any help will be much appreciated.

Got hit with a fatal error in NiosII 10.1 IDE while trying to create and run a Memory test project:

Execution is suspended because of error.

Warning:

Cannot insert breakpoint 1.

Error accessing memory address 0x80ec: Unknown error 4294967295.
