Arria 10 ASDATA Flash interface issue

Hi,everyone,i have a issue below:

I want to use the AS_DATA pin in user mode,but the pin cann't be assigned,i have know an user to use the primitives to control the pin,and i have find the primitives that is twentynm_asmiblock,but i don't know how use the primitives code.

    i want to use the asdata to operate the flash,now i have solve the issue,blew is the pdf that explains how to use it.
