Applying ADC on DE1

Thank you for the fast replay.

I was wrong with the VGA DAC; I need ADC.

I've read about a sigma delta ADC applying by FPGA, very interesting! (attached link at the end).

Do you familiar with this concept? Can it be applied on the DE1?
