Have you checked out Altera's PCIe development board?
http://www.altera.com/products/devkits/altera/kit-pciexpress_s2gx.html It's got two hsmc ports connected to SIIGX transceivers, though only one of them has four transceiver lanes. The other hsmc port has two transceivers connected to it, which I don't think is enough to run XAUI (you need four lanes for it, I think?) I'm not sure if it's exactly what you're looking for, but it's the only development board Altera produces (that I'm aware of) that has more than one hsmc connected to a stratix II GX. - Altera_Forum

Thanks. I asked Altera and they confirmed what you said, that the PCIe dev board only supports one XAUI through a HSMC. The other HSMC has only 2 transceiver channels. Unfortunately they don't have a EP2SGX130 version of that board.

The EP2SGX130 and EP2SGX90 (used on the afore mentioned dev board). You can just ask a factory to resolder it for you if you desperately want to use it. I have done it before and it works.

Correct the message:
The EP2SGX130 and EP2SGX90 chips are pin compatible. You can just ask a factory to resolder it for you if you desperately want to use it, it works. - Altera_Forum

Good idea. Too bad I didn't think of this. Now I'm using the board with an EP2SGX90 and will be designing my own board soon.
