Altera Video Over IP Reference Design

I only can find the Altera Video IP Reference Design pdf. Where can I get the information that direct me to the resources of hardware and software that to test/demo the reference design?

Hi,   I compiled VIP and it is working. But I haven't got chance to dig into the code. The VoIP is going to be Ethernet.    OnePlusOne.
