Altera USB Blaster

Altera USB blaster programmer is not detected by quartus prime standard version 23.1 software.

Troubleshooting steps:

firewall has been disabled

Version of jtag config & quartus prime are in same version

Fpga Devkit

    Rerun the Quartus installer to reinstall the driver or install manually from the driver files included in the Quartus installation directory.
