need link to download the examples about development kit mentioned in subject to learn it please? is any documents to learn the example step by step?

Hi guys, I have a one question about of the development Kit. Is it possible soldering highest performance chip at the board like a 5M2210Z, on the board fly 5M570Z ? Power pins for migration shows a picture is it a FBGA packages. I understand no all pins will used but, I will can use all the LEs?
