Altera DE3 Control Panel Error

Hi,

When I try to use the Control Panel for the DE3, I get this error:

"Access Violation at address 004129E5 in module 'DE3_ControlPanel.exe'. Read of address C3000862"

Does anybody know how I can resolve this?
