Altera cyclone v FPGA issue

When powered on the Altera cyclone v FPGA board, the general seven segment display and LED are not blinking. Before this it was displaying. When i check the power adopter, it shows 12.5v. What may b...

Hi,

the board can be identified as Terasic Cyclone V GX starter kit.
You either deleted/replaced the factory configuration or - in the worse case - managed to damage the board.

Did you try the "Restore Factory Configuration" procedure described in user manual?
