Agilex 7 gsrd build error

Hi,

We followed the command to build GSRD for Agilex 7. At the "make all" step. it reported an error asking for a license. However, a valid license is installed already. please see screen shot in below. Any advice?

    Can you help me to check your license at quartus GUI? Tools--> License Setup
