Agilex™ 7 Development board kit warranty repair

Hi, this is new concern. I am enquiring regarding Agilex™ 7 development that I purchase from digikey. Currently the board is damage. I would like to send for repair. How do I go about it? Do I need to submit warranty information?

    May I know what do you mean by the board is damage?


    Why do you say the board is damage? What is not working? Have you contacted Digikey for this problem?

      Hi,

      I mean that "the development board is damaged" refers to the board not functioning properly because its power chip is broken and the output voltage has dropped below the normal value.I want to know if my development board is still under warranty, and if so, whether it can be repaired.

    My company is UC Santa Cruz, also its power chip is broken and the output voltage has dropped below the normal value.
