ADV7181 on DE2 board

hi,

The ADV7181B chip is used to decode video ,and I have a CCD camera which output NTSC video signals.Now I want to convert the video to NTSC Default(BT656) using ADV7181B,after trying several times , I cannot make it, so ,I have to seek help here,my question is how to configurate the registers of ADV7181B?

In the attarchment,I post the signals waves of NTSC Default(BT656) which I want to get .
