A10SOC上电时是否0.9V是否会漏电

Hi

A10SOC板子的上电顺序没有问题，但是用示波器看0.9V和1.8V上电顺序的时候，发现0.9V上电后1.8V的管脚会有0.9V涌过来的电压。请问是否正常？

    I understand the concern , could you please let me know the power rails where the 1.8V and 0.9V is been connected
