I have a 5CGXFC7D6F31I7 fpga and I am designing a module using it, but I need an example design to get support for the design. I especially need help with decopling capacitors for the fpga power lines. Can you help me?

Best thing is to find a similar or equivalent dev kit which includes full schematics and board layouts: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/details/fpga/development-kits.html
