1Gb/s Ethernet board

Hello, I m new to the ethernet communication. I am trying to buy a development kit with ethernet port. I could find some boards with this capability but the MAC controller code is not provide...

Altera does have the Triple Speed Ethernet (TSE) MAC for use with GigE. just choose a board with 10/100/1000 support (the full Cyclone III kit for example).
