10m25daF484 Bank power split

Hi, In 10M25DA FPGA is there any power sequence required? As iam plan to connect Different 3.3V on different banks for redundancy purpose. Bank 1B,2,3,4,5,8 is powered with 3.3v_1 and Bank 6 and...
