¿POR QUE NO LLEGAN LAS LICENCIAS DE SOTWARE A MI CORREO?

SOLICITE LICENCIAS PARA ORDENADORES Y MENCIONA QUE LLEGARAN EN UN PLAZO NO MAYOR A 24 HORAS, SIN EMBARGO ESTAS NUNCA LLEGAN. ¿CON QUIEN PUEDO COMUNICARME?
