I have a flash device with NIOS using MAX10, I am sure the design is correct but cannot see the flash after programming the FPGA with pfl.sof and pressing Auto detect.

NIOS II error while creating BSP project.
I am using Quartus 18.1 and created my own project including NIOS II. while creating the BSP project it gives me and "Access denied" error. Can you please explain why this error appears? @AhmedH_Intel please help if you can. Regards,
