Why there is no Serial Lite IV IP Toolkit 1.3.1 in system console for the Serial Lite IV Intel Agilex® 7 FPGA IP design example generated in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 20.4?

Description

Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 20.4, you will not see the Serial Lite IV IP Toolkit 1.3.1 in system console when using the Serial Lite IV Intel Agilex® 7 FPGA IP design example. According to Serial Lite IV Intel Agilex 7 FPGA IP Design Example User Guide, you should see the toolkit as shown in Figure 19 on page 33. 

Resolution

This problem has been fixed in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 20.4.1 and later versions.

To fix this problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 20.4, install the following patch 0.26:

• quartus-20.4-0.26-readme.txt
• quartus-20.4-0.26-linux.run
• quartus-20.4-0.26-windows.exe
