The thermal resistance of Cyclone® V FPGA in Early Power Estimator (EPE) spreadsheet was updated since Intel® Quartus® Prime Software version 16.1. The Intel thermal resistance web page is up-to-date wherever any material changes, which impacted the thermal resistance data change.
