Why the GPIO Lite Intel® FPGA IP cannot be found in the specified library paths?

Description

Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Standard Edition Software v21.1 and v20.1, you might find that the GPIO Lite Intel® FPGA IP can't be re-opened in the intellectual property (IP) parameter editor. This problem only occurs in designs targeting Intel® MAX® 10 devices.

Resolution

This problem is fixed starting with the Intel® Quartus® Prime Standard Edition Software version 22.1.
