Why is the pin-out report different from the datasheet for the Intel® Arria®10 device family?

Description

Due to the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 19.3 and earlier,  the pin-out file report with Intel® Arria® 10 devices is differnet from the Intel® Arria® 10 pin-out datasheet ver1.6 . 

For example, if you look at page 13 of the  Intel® Arria® 10 pin-out datasheet ver1.6, the 10AX115H3F34I2LG device AP2 pin and B1 pins are RREF_BR/RREF_TR while these are reported as GND in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 19.3 and earlier. 

Resolution

The Intel® Arria® 10 FPGA pin-out datasheet ver1.6 is correct. 

The Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software is fixed in version 20.3.
