Why is the option to enable dynamic reconfiguration not available in the IOPLL FPGA IP for Agilex™ 7 M-Series devices?

Description

Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software versions 23.2 and earlier do not support the IOPLL dynamic reconfiguration feature when targeting Agilex™ 7 M-Series devices.

Resolution

This feature will be enabled for Agilex™ 7 M-Series devices starting in Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 24.2.
