Why is the "ISP CLAMP State Editor" option greyed out for some Intel® MAX® 10 devices in Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro software version 19.3?

Description

Due to a known problem in Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 19.3,  the option of "ISP CLAMP State Editor" under the menu of Programmer/Edit is greyed out for some Intel® MAX® 10 devices.

Resolution

To work around this, use Intel® Quartus® Prime Standard Edition software for the affected Intel MAX 10 devices.

This issue has been fixed in Intel Quartus Prime Pro software version 19.4.
