Why is the IP Catalog GUI getting stuck when the Reconfig group parameter value is changed for the F-tile Ethernet Multirate IP?

Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 25.1.1, you may see the IP Catalog GUI getting stuck when the Reconfig group parameter is changed immediately after launching the IP Catalog GUI.

This problem is seen for the F-tile Ethernet Multirate IP designs.

Resolution

To work around this problem in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 25.1.1, you need to change any other parameters first, before changing the Reconfig group parameter to ensure the IP Catalog GUI won’t get hanged/stuck.

This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future release of the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software.
