Why is the Intel® Cyclone®10 GX IOPLL count for 10CX085 different between the Device Overview document and Intel® Quartus® Prime Software compilation report?

You may see a mismatch in the number of IOPLL between the Intel® Cyclone® 10 GX Device Overview document and the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 18.0 compilation report for 10CX085.

In the Intel® Cyclone® 10 GX Device Overview document, the number of IOPLL for 10CX085 is 4, but in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 18.0 compilation report, the indicated the number of IOPLL is 6.

The correct number of IOPLL for 10CX085 is 4. 

Resolution

This problem is fixed starting with the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 18.1.
