Why is the GTS transceiver reset indicator stuck when the GTS transceiver reset signal is asserted while the GTS transceiver reset indicator signal is high in the Agilex™ 5 ?

Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 24.1, you may see GTS transceiver reset indicator (o_tx_reset_ack / o_rx_reset_ack)  is stuck when GTS transceiver reset signal (i_tx_reset / i_rx_reset) is asserted while GTS transceiver reset indicator signal is high in the Agilex™ 5.

Resolution

To work around this problem, do not assert the GTS transceiver reset signal (i_tx_reset / i_rx_reset) while the GTS transceiver reset indicator signal is high in the Agilex™ 5.

This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future release of the Quartus Prime Pro Edition Software.
