Why is the Ethernet Toolkit only available for one instance when there are multiple instances for the F-Tile Ethernet FPGA Hard IP of Agilex™ 7 FPGA devices?

Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 23.2, the Ethernet Toolkit is only available for one instance when there are multiple F-Tile Ethernet FPGA Hard IP instances in the design.

Resolution

This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future release of the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software.
