Why is the configuration time of Intel Agilex® 7 devices longer when using Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 20.3 compared to previous releases?

Description

Due to a problem in Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 20.3, you may see the configuration of Intel Agilex® 7 devices take longer than when using previous versions of the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software. This applies to all configuration modes.

Resolution

This problem is fixed starting with Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 21.3.
