Why is Intel® Stratix®10 NativePHY H-tile core IP sample QSF Assignment not working?

Description

Due to a problem with the Intel® Quartus® Prime software version 17.0, all "pma_adapt_*" Quartus Settings File (qsf) assignments for Stratix® 10 H-Tile Transceiver Native PHY will not take effect.

Resolution

This problem will be fixed in a future version of the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software
