Why doesn't the link bring up between the F-Tile Interlaken Intel® FPGA IP in NRZ mode and other Interlaken IPs ?

Description

Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 22.4 and earlier, you might experience interoperability problem while having a link between the F-Tile Interlaken Intel® FPGA IP in non-return to zero (NRZ) mode and other Interlaken intellectual property (IP) cores.

Resolution

There is no workaround.
This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future version of the Intel® Quartus Prime Pro Edition Software.
