Why does the PCIe link-up fail when enabling the DTK feature in P-Tile Multichannel DMA FPGA IP for PCI Express* is enabled with 1x8 configuration mode?

Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 23.1 and earlier, PCIe link-up fails when the DTK feature in P-Tile Multichannel DMA FPGA IP for PCI Express*  is enabled with 1x8 configuration mode.

Resolution

This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future release of the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software.
