Why does the Intel® Arria® 10 DisplayPort Intel® FPGA example design encounter no video output failure in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Standard Edition Software version 19.1?

Description

Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Standard Edition Software version 19.1, you may see no video output failure when running the Intel® Arria® 10 DisplayPort Intel® FPGA example design. The problem is caused by mistakes in the example design generation script. 

Resolution

This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future release of the Intel® Quartus® Prime Standard Edition Software.
