Why does the F-Tile Avalon® Streaming Intel® FPGA IP for PCI Express fail the PCI-SIG configuration space test ?

Description

Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software v21.2, the F-Tile Avalon® Streaming Intel® FPGA IP for PCI Express fails the ARI Capability Register field characteristic checks of the TD_1_43 ARI Extended Capability Structure configuration register test.

Resolution

This problem is fixed starting with the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 22.1.
