Why does the error "Stratix® 10 is out of range" occur during E-Tile Hard IP for Ethernet Intel® FPGA IP generation?

Description

Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software v22.2,  you may see this error when the option " Enable AN/LT" is enabled to generate the E-Tile Hard IP for Ethernet Intel® FPGA IP for Intel Agilex® FPGA and only the Intel Agilex® FPGA device is installed.

Resolution

To work around this error, install the Intel® Stratix® 10 device library to the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software v22.2. 

This problem is fixed starting with the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 22.4.
