Why does the Differential Output Voltage (VOD) setting for Intel® MAX® 10 devices not take effect when using the Intel® Quartus® Prime software?

Description

Due to a known problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Standard Edition software version 19.1 and earlier, you may observe no difference in the LVDS signal opening on Intel MAX® 10 devices when comparing VOD setting 0 (low) and 1 (medium).

This problem is fixed starting with the Intel® Quartus® Prime Standard Edition software version 20.1
