Why does partial reconfiguration fail on Intel® Stratix® 10 devices in designs compiled with the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software v19.2?

Description

Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software v19.2, a partial reconfiguration operation may fail in designs targeting an Intel® Stratix® 10 device that includes any of the following intellectual property (IP) cores: the Temperature Sensor Intel® Stratix® 10 FPGA IP core, the Intel® Stratix® 10 Serial Flash Mailbox Client Intel® FPGA IP core or the Mailbox Client Intel® Stratix® 10 FPGA IP core.

Resolution

A patch is available to fix this problem for the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software v19.2. Download and install Patch 0.03 from the following links:
