Why does Intel® Stratix® 10 reconfiguration triggering fail by driving nCONFIG from low to high?

Description

If there are glitches on nCONFIG when it is driven from low to high, you might find nSTATUS keeps low and it doesn't follow nCONFIG toggling from low to high, then Intel® Stratix® 10 reconfiguration triggering would fail.

Resolution

To trigger Intel® Stratix® 10 reconfiguration, ensure nCONFIG toggles monotonically from low to high.
