Why does functional failure occur after performing external scrubbing in Agilex™ 5 devices?

Description

Due to a problem in Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 24.1 and earlier, you may observed functional failure after performing external scrubbing in Agilex™ 5 devices. 

Resolution

To work around this problem, you can perform full chip reconfiguration to recover non-correctable SEU error.

 

This is  schedule  to be fixed in a future release of Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software.
