Why does EDA Netlist Writer compilation phase take too much time in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 18.1?

Description

Due to a problem in Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 18.1, the EDA Netlist Writer compilation phase may take too much time to complete. 

Resolution

This problem has been fixed in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 19.1.
