Why does Configuration via Protocol (CvP) fail on Agilex™ 7 FPGA devices when using CvP driver 6.1.38-lts or later?

Description

Due to a problem starting with the CvP driver 6.1.38-lts, CvP fails on Agilex™ 7 FPGA devices with the error message "Error reading CVP Credit Register". This occurs because the credit register in the driver is not aligned with Agilex™ 7 FPGA devices. 

Resolution

This problem is fixed in the CvP driver version 6.12.19-lts.
