Why does adding a DDR4 IP to an Agilex® 9 Power and Thermal Analyzer (PTA) project in Quartus® Prime 26.1.1 and earlier result in an error?

Description

When adding a DDR4 IP to an Agilex® 9 Power and Thermal Analyzer (PTA) project in Quartus® Prime 26.1.1 and earlier, some DDR4 IP properties may be populated with invalid values. As a result, the project may generate errors and fail to compile or analyze correctly.

Resolution

This issue has been fixed in Quartus® Prime 26.3. As a workaround for earlier versions, manually update the affected DDR4 IP properties to valid values before proceeding with project compilation or analysis.
