Why do I see the message Info: <system name>: There are recommended upgrades for: pcie_<device>_hip__0  Even though the Qsys system was upgraded?

Description

You will see the above in the Qsys® messages window after the automatic upgrade upon opening a pre-Quartus® II 14.0 Qsys system in Quartus® II 14.0.

Resolution

This Info message can be ignored.

This problem is fixed in Quartus® version 14.1.
